Career & Background

What inspired you to do what you are doing now?

On the business front, I saw a very big gap in the market to help clients understand the importance of an overarching talent strategy that feeds into their competency framework and the people they hire.
When it came to talent, I wanted to make sure that I was helping them build futuristic careers. Whether that meant working abroad or moving toward to new economy locally, I wanted to be the champion in market who pushed talent forward.

Could you tell us a bit about your professional background?

I was in the Advertising Industry at a very high level and I am fortunate now to have a top-tier client roster at Blue Bateau. We will continue to lead the market in providing talent with futuristic briefs and offer diversity by opening up in-house creative roles in 2025.
