Jude is an experienced leader in client service, strategic development and the management of advertising accounts for global, national and local brands, government projects, corporates and FMCG. She has a focus on collaborative enterprise, bringing cross-functional teams together who are committed to integrating strong strategic thinking with creative ideas that deliver business results. More than anything Jude is a driver of change with a passion for social conscious projects that tackle challenging and often contentious issues aimed at provoking a broader cultural shift.

What inspired you to do what you are doing now?

Having the ability to use my skills to influence positive behaviour change. I’m driven by a passion for tackling social challenges head on. My work gives me the opportunity to make a difference.

Who is your biggest inspiration and why?

I’m assuming a few have nominated Jacinda Adern. I admire absolutely everything about this woman. She is strong, resilient, real and deeply connected with everyday people. She gets people and fearlessly leads with intelligence and humility.

You as a Mentor

Why have you decided to become a mentor?

I was fortunate to have several mentors when I first started in the industry. I sincerely hope I can support and guide someone in the same way they did me. Selfishly I’m also looking forward to learning from my mentee. There’s nothing like learning through fresh eyes.
