Vicki Lee

I started at Ogilvy & Mather in Brisbane in 1980 working as the creative coordinator, eventually working my way up into production co-ordinator and producing.

After 2 years I moved to Clemenger Brisbane as their producer. I worked there for 2.5 years before heading to the UK. I spent 2 years doing all sorts of temping jobs and then a year or so in the TV department of Lowe Howard Spink.

On my return to Australia I started at Mojo MDA. I worked as the agency producer and then head of production there for 13 years. I left Mojo to join Best Picture Show Company as a production company producer.

After the birth of my second daughter, I worked 3 days a week at DDB as their head of production for 3 years until it was time to go back to full-time work which took me to The Post Lounge where I was the EP and facilities manager for 5 years looking after post-production both long and short form.

From there I went to Cutting Edge post-production as facilities manager and head producer for nearly 5 years. I was then asked to join Publicis Mojo again and jumped at the chance to go back into agency side. I have been back as Head of Broadcast & Content for the past 8 years.

I have really loved my production journey through agency, production companies, post-production then back to agency. I have learned from many people and picked up lots of knowledge within all aspects of the production landscape. I continue to learn and grow every day on every project.
