What are your core values?

  • Authenticity
  • Courage
  • Kindness
  • Leadership
  • Making a difference

Who is your biggest inspiration and why?

I’ve been fortunate to have numerous inspirations and role models, many of whom are remarkable female leaders and mentors I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with throughout my careers in North America and Australia. Their example motivates me to strive for greatness, work diligently, pursue my dreams, and seek a balanced life where I can cherish moments with loved ones.

Above all, my two teenage boys serve as my greatest inspiration. They drive me to leave a positive impact on the world, creating a better future for them. I aspire to be a positive female role model for them, demonstrating resilience and fearlessness as I transition from corporate life back into entrepreneurship, steadfast in my pursuit of my dreams.

You as a Mentor

Why have you decided to become a mentor?

Empowering female leaders is one of my core passions, rooted in the belief that visibility breeds possibility. With a wealth of experience and a Neuroleadership certification in Business Coaching, guiding leaders toward their aspirations is part of my calling which is why I love mentoring. I am a firm believer in helping support female leaders to grow their careers and achieve their leadership goals because I believe that “You can’t be what you can’t see”. Entering my 5th year as an Assisterhood Mentor fills me with immense pride and excitement. Each mentoring journey (with my 5 different and incredible mentees) has been a transformative adventure, helping mentees to achieve specific goals that we can work on together. The camaraderie among fellow Mentors in the program adds a layer of richness
and collaboration to the experience.

In Canada, I played a pivotal role in crafting the “A effect” program, designed to elevate female managers into formidable leaders. Motivating, coaching, and championing women to embrace their ambitions is where my heart lies. As a mentor, I believe in being authentic, kind, supportive and helping mentees take risks, try new things, find their voice and balance.
