The 2026 Assisterhood mentor line up is full of even more brilliant minds giving back to the industry. We’re so proud to bring together senior leaders and entrepreneurs from marketing, film, client services, design, business, creative, tech, production, research, recruitment, strategy, media, and more.

What is
Assisterhood?
Founded in 2018 with five mentors and mentees, Assisterhood is now an Australia and Aotearoa-wide mentorship program connecting underrepresented people with diverse senior leaders in marketing, client services, design, creative, tech, strategy and business leadership disciplines.
Since its first year, mentees have continuously gone on to succeed with renewed confidence and support. Alumni surveys show 62% of mentees obtained a promotion or new job within 12 months of the program, and a massive 85% gained new skills and experience.
