What is
Assisterhood?
Founded in 2018 with five mentors and mentees, Assisterhood is now the leading APAC mentorship program connecting underrepresented people with diverse senior leaders in marketing, client services, design, creative, tech, strategy and business. Our mentors span from Australia, Aotearoa, Singapore, and even the USA.
Since its first year, mentees have continuously gone on to succeed with renewed confidence and support. Alumni surveys show 62% of mentees obtained a promotion or new job within 12 months of the program, and a massive 85% gained new skills and experience.
