Haylie Craig

Haylie Craig

Creative Director at Colenso BBDO NZ

Firstly, I have a babyface. Everyone says it’s a good thing. Until you get ID checked everywhere you go.

I’m not just another creative. I’ve never fitted in a neat box. Why be the same? That’s boring. Even as a Creative Director I’m not your traditional type in any shape or form. I bring a unique perspective on how creativity can help solve complex societal issues and business problems. I work best where innovative and technology meet human focussed creative solutions.

I enjoy understanding how things work; whether that be tangible, intangible, new tech, old tech, no tech, human behaviour and just everything really. I question things. And I don’t accept things as they are just because it's the way that’s always been done.

I’ve won an array of awards from Cannes Lions, D&AD, Spikes etc

Sonya Milford

Sonya Milford

Design Director at Colenso BBDO NZ

Sonya Milford is an indigenous Design Director from Āotearoa, New Zealand. Passionate about decolonising the future of creativity, Sonya founded the creative collective, Āhua, a group of artists working to challenge the systems that oppress minority creatives.

Currently at Colenso BBDO, Sonya has contributed to the success of some of the agency’s most ambitious digital and design projects. She’s designed an augmented reality museum, crafted a browser plugin that unplugged the royal wedding and replaced it with indigenous news, and spearheaded Tally My Post – an app that lets people instantly value the items in their Instagram posts. Her craft and digital innovation has led to local and global awards, including trophies at Spikes, One Show, Clio, and The Best Awards.

Katie Moon

Katie Moon

Creative Director at Moon Haus

Right now, Katie is Creative Director at Moon Haus — which is a fancy way for saying after six years in agency-land, she's become self-employed.
Her LinkedIn bio will tell you that she's a “creative multi-hyphenate solving problems at the speed of social”, but Katie will tell you that she specialises in content, culture and driving earned creativity, and; others often hire her when they’re short on ideas or words.

Chelsea Sietses

Chelsea Sietses

Senior Art Director at Ogilvy NZ

Kia ora, I'm a Senior Creative who loves finding clever, simple ideas and lateral thoughts, then turning them into reality through craft and collaboration. Over the last 10 years, I've worked in the UK, Aus and now back in Aotearoa convincing clients to buy big bold work, which has resulted in a decent trophy cabinet of international awards. It's nice being recognised, but nothing beats using creativity to make a positive impact in my small piece of the world.

Coming from rural NZ and now a toddler mum, I'm an advocate for more parents and more diverse backgrounds in creative industries. I'm driven by kindness, laughter and testing the limits of what's possible both in creativity and in outdoor pursuits - such as how fast can I walk 100km and extreme puddle jumping with my littlest love.
