Career & Background
What inspired you to do what you are doing now?
I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and strategy, and marketing is the perfect playground for both. The idea that you can take a brand or product, craft a compelling story, and leverage anything in your arsenal to make a real impact excites me every day. I love the challenge of figuring out what makes people tick—what grabs their attention, what keeps them engaged, and ultimately, what drives action. It’s a constantly evolving space, and that keeps me on my toes!
Could you tell us a bit about your professional background and where you are headed in your career right now?
I started my career as a copywriter in a travel and hospitality marketing agency, where I discovered my love for storytelling and the power of creative problem-solving. Since then, I’ve worked across enterprise, B2B SaaS, agencies, and startups, gaining experience in paid media, content marketing, SEO, and customer engagement.
Today, I lead APAC marketing at CSG and feel incredibly grateful to be learning and collaborating with a talented global team. Beyond delivering results, I want to pay it forward—mentoring, uplifting others, and inspiring the way my mentors and the incredible women around me have. My goal is to keep growing as a person and a leader, drive meaningful change, and support young professionals in finding their path.

Who is your biggest inspiration and why?
Women who push through challenges and obstacles, no matter their background or circumstances, inspire me every day. And yes, it may be cliché, but on of my biggest inspirations is my mother. She left a high-paying corporate job in our home country to bring our family to Australia and give me and my sisters better opportunities. That kind of resilience, courage, and selflessness is something I deeply admire and strive to emulate in both my personal and professional life.
You as a Mentor
Why have you decided to become a mentor?
This is my second year as a mentor, and after a great first experience, I am excited to be given the opportunity to do it again! Mentorship isn’t just about giving advice—it’s about learning from each other, sharing experiences, and growing together.
I’ve been lucky to have incredible mentors who have guided and challenged me, and I want to pay that forward by supporting someone else on their journey. Whether it’s helping an Assister gain confidence, navigate challenges, or simply offering a different perspective, I know how valuable that kind of support can be. At the same time, I know I’ll learn just as much from my mentee, and I’m excited for the journey ahead!
