The people I work with whether it be my clients or my team. I love working with people and problem solving I am a huge fan of common sense.

Why have you decided to become a mentor?
I was a mentor last year and I really enjoyed the time I spent with my mentee and the fact that we were able to work together and for her to reach her career goal. I loved the ability to be able to listen and guide her through decisions and smart choices.
