I love helping people grow in their career. I love bringing together disparate creative and technical and data teams to create some great experiences for customers whilst at the same time giving my team members new skills and growth opportunities. I’m hugely passionate about women in leadership and supporting women’s growth in a way that does not compromise their family values and enables long term sustained happiness.
Could you tell us a bit about your professional background and where you are headed in your career right now?
I started as a DM marketing, moved into Digital and leading teams and grew a passion for all things martech, personalisation using data to create rich, beautiful digital experiences. I love being a change champion, a tech nerd, an agile enthusiast and mostly I love enabling teams.
