CEO & Founder, Rehaula

As founder of Rehaula, I lead a consultancy focused on brand transformation and communication through brand, design, websites and marketing. Over past near two decades, I’ve led more than 50 brand transformations, built award-winning teams and stepped into the role of General Manager at a leading agency by the age of 30. My work has always sat at the intersection of strategy, communication and growth, helping businesses turn what they are capable of into something the market can see, understand and back. My connection to communication started much earlier. As a radio host, I saw first-hand how voice can shape connection, influence and community. That experience stayed with me. It showed me that the way something is said can carry just as much weight as what is being said. Today, that belief continues to shape the way I lead, build brands and work with clients. Alongside Rehaula, I’m also passionate about supporting the next generation of marketers and creatives through Assisterhood, sharing what I’ve learned through leadership, career growth, brand work and real-world agency experience.

Career & Background

What inspired you to do what you are doing now?

What inspired me was the opportunity to build something that could create belief in people and businesses.
I’ve always been drawn to the power of brand, and the role it all plays in shaping how people see themselves, how businesses show up and succeed over time. Over my career, I saw that many strong businesses were being held back by brands that no longer reflected who they were, where they were headed or the value they brought to the market.
That was the turning point for me. I wanted to build an agency that could help close that gap. An agency that could bring strategy, communication and commercial thinking together in a way that helped businesses and their people grow.

Could you tell us a bit about your professional background and where you are headed in your career right now?

My background is grounded in business, marketing and leadership. I hold a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, and over the years I’ve worked across agency leadership, brand transformation and strategic communication. By 30, I had become General Manager of an award-winning agency, which gave me the opportunity to lead teams, shape direction and work closely with businesses navigating growth, change and repositioning. That experience gave me a strong view of what businesses really need from an agency, not just good work, but joined-up thinking, commercial understanding and a team that knows how to move with them.
Founding Rehaula was the next step in that journey. Right now, I’m focused on building a consultancy that helps established businesses strengthen their position and step into category leadership through connected brand, design, web and marketing.

You as a Mentor

Why have you decided to become a mentor?

I’ve chosen to become a mentor because I genuinely love seeing people grow with more confidence and more belief.
At different stages in ones career, having someone ask the right questions, share perspective or simply back you can make a real difference. I know the value of that, and I want to offer the same to others, especially those finding their place in marketing, creativity and leadership. Mentoring is a way to give back, but it is also a way to help people recognise what is already in them and give them the support to build on it.
