Career & Background
What inspired you to do what you are doing now?
I’ve always loved working with data – once I started in that space nearly 20 years ago, I was hooked and never looked back. Over time that interest has grown into how data and technology can drive business transformation, and working in project delivery is a natural extension of that.
Could you tell us a bit about your professional background and where you are headed in your career right now?
I have over 17 years’ experience working in data, analytics and technology, primarily in financial services. I started my career in reporting and analytics roles before moving into leadership positions managing teams of analysts, data engineers and data scientists. I’m currently Head of Data and Projects at NTI, where I lead both the Project Management Office and enterprise data functions, including data science and data governance. A key part of my role is establishing governance, risk and policy frameworks for the responsible use of AI across the organisation.
