Mikhaila Warburton
Director/Founder, no sunday blues
Hi, I’m Mikhaila.
I’ve spent 20+ years in recruitment across Australia’s creative, design and marketing industries, helping agencies and brands build great teams while supporting individuals to navigate their careers with confidence.
I’m the Co-Founder of no sunday blues, a recruitment agency for the creative industry. Along the way I also ran a career coaching business for women, and founded Less Than 10%? F That!* — a community connecting females in creative.
I’m passionate about creating spaces where women in the industry can connect, grow and back themselves.
I’m also a mum of two girls who keep life busy and inspiring in equal measure ✌🏼
