Steph is the Co-Founder and Director of Creative Recruitment Agency, no sunday blues. She has a passion for people, careers and the creative industry and has worked both in and recruited for the Advertising & Marketing industry over the past 11 years.
She started her career in Agency Client Service, working with brands including McDonald’s, Hawthorn Football Club, Luna Park & Banksy, before transitioning into the world of Recruitment 8 years ago. Since then, she’s launched and run a buzzing Graduate jobs community, hosted webinars with some of Australia’s leading Advertising & Marketing talent and placed over 200 people into amazing roles.
She’s always had a passion (slight obsession) with careers and nothing gives her more joy than helping others land their dream job and connecting her clients with amazing talent. She’s a huge advocate of supporting women in the industry and alongside her two Co-Founders, Mikhaila Warburton and Charlotte Flood, she makes up the 27% of female Founders.


Career & Background
What was your journey and where are you headed in your career right now?
I started my career 11 years ago in PR agency. I have worked in both Marketing & PR agencies for the first 3 years of my career, before transitioning into Recruitment, which I have been doing or 8 years and absolutely love! I have Co-Founded a Recruitment Agency, which launched in February, so I hope to continue to grow our brand and run the business for years to come.
